London Falcons

About The Club

We are a gay/bi friendly football team, competing in the GFSN National League Division 1, running two teams in the London Unity League, entering national and international 5 and 11 a side tournaments and co-ordinating a weekly social 5-a-side event.

Although we are based in South West London, our players and supporters come from across and beyond London. We welcome players of all abilities. We are not exclusively a gay club and welcome all players who share our inclusive and supportive ethos, regardless of their own sexuality.

London Falcons FC was formed in 2006. The first official friendly match was played in Barnes against Kew FC.

In the  maiden 2006/07 season the Club competed in the London Unity Football League. In addition to the fixtures, the team played friendlies up and down the country. It proved to be a successful season with the team coming second in the league behind champions GFC Bournemouth.

During the 2007/08 season, we entered the Gay Football Supporters Network (G.F.S.N.) National league. The team went on to win the G.F.S.N., recording 8 wins and just 1 defeat. With 2 teams entered into the LUL, the team went on to win the league comfortably.
